In recent years, OPC has scaled up our tenant improvement work, maintaining a continual stream of office and retail location improvements throughout the Bay Area.

  • FATHOM 315 Jefferson St., Oakland

Redesigned this brick & timber building into a 3D printing manufacturing facility for FATHOM, turning a 5500ft2 warehouse into stunning open floor offices, design rooms and a clean room. As well as creating new storefront entrance and custom arched glazings.

  • Jocoto 331 Jefferson St., Oakland

Updated this full service advertising agency office space into a modern, stylish design to meet it’s business needs, including building and installation of a cyc wall.

  • KTGY 580 2nd St., Oakland

For KTGY, OPC constructed an 11,000ft2 open floor plan office buildout for an East Bay architecture firm, housing over 60 employees. This light industrial feel space included a 500ft2 kitchen.

  • Bright.com  690 5th St., San Francisco (currently UserTesting)

For Bright.com, OPC created a full remodel for a 2 story, 12,000ft2  building and parking lot for their main offices. This included multiple design-build custom details including multiple conference rooms, a gourmet kitchen, ADA restrooms, bar, a swing and an open work area design to accommodate 40 workstations. In 2014 Bright.com was acquired by LinkedIn for $120 million dollars.

  • Glassworks Building 520 3rd St., Oakland

OPC is currently contracted to remodel/upgrade 20,000ft2 of office space and bring all facilities up to ADA standards.

  • Neumann Sloat Arnold 329 Jefferson St., Oakland

Neumann Sloat Arnold required a full office remodel to meet the specific needs of this specialized architectural, which operates throughout the West Coast and Hawaii.

  • Ironworks Building 580 2nd St., Oakland

OPC has completed 20,00 of tenant improvement and continued site maintenance throughout Oakland’s historical Ironworks Building.
